How a customer seeks for different tastes, restaurants do also try to offer genuine experiences. It is sure chiefs play a major role in creating unique tastes but convenient equipments’ help can not be denied. Because “perception of the kitchen” changes, equipments must accommodate accordingly.

Smoke box with its lid placed in the drawer. Small holes on the lid let the box release small and right amount of smoke necessary for a tasty meat.

Herb Box is used with Liquid Box. Steamed herbs give a characteristic taste to the meat grilled.

Secondary Wall keeps heat so contributes to energy efficiency
10 mm thick porcelain enameled cast iron cook tops are designed in reversed v type section in order to reduce sticking surface and to let oil drips easily. Besides, it eases turning the grilled meat.
